Freshly cooked, delicious, 1 order was enough for 2 people. Recommend to eat it by the river on a sunny day! Sauce serving is more generous than usual!

Can’t fault the haddock and chips (which are bottomless) with curry sauce, outstanding. My guest had cod and it was nice and thick. Only gave it 3 stars for atmosphere as the restaurant was pretty empty during our visit. Based on the quality of the food, the place should have been packed out. Best fish I’ve eaten in a long time.

The food was cooked perfectly! Great service and a nice addition that you get unlimited chips with your meal. Will definitely be back when in Stratford worth the money decent portions and reasonable prices.

This was our first visit but won’t be our last, we sat in the restaurant, lovely atmosphere, very clean and friendly staff. Food was delicious, between us we tried both the pie’s, the burger and cod meal. All of them were delicious. Thanks for a lovely evening.

I absolutely loved my meal here. I got the Mini Chicken Bites with Chips and Curry Sauce. Chips are unlimited, and there is a free water station. Chips were really good - I had about 4 baskets. The chicken bites were delicious too. It all costed about 13 origjnally, but there is a 10% Key Worker Discount too. The toilets were decent, but the taps are quite violent and when you manage to open it, they spray water (hence the very wet floor by the sink!). Plenty of toilet roll and hand towels though, as well as being decently roomy. Service was excellent, staff are really friendly and attentive and quick, being able to answer questions. Curry sauce was a little salty, but still delicious. I'd absolutely come here again. A little pricey, but I feel it's worth it, especially with unlimited chips. Took no time to be seated, gave us time to look through the menu and order, and staff were always willing to help.

Very quick and extremely friendly service. I only had a takeaway, but the restaurant area looked clean and spacious. The food was really good quality, hot and very tasty. The portion size was very good too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Chip Shed.

got into the UK yesterday, wanted fish and chips as I have not had really good fish n chips in a long time, that is somehting virtually impossible to get in the //states, good fish and chps. Went to the chip Shed, as the local shop that was recommended in Redditch was closed on Sunday. Ordered the haddock and chips, came piping hot and fresh, Generous portion of fish, and nice portion on the chips, along with brown gravy. The fish was fantastic, very tasty and crunchy batter, awesome haddock inside. The chips were hot, crunchy and flavorful. Servie was top notch, If I lived near here, this establishment would be my regular place to go for fish and chips, but as it is, it made this American quite happy eating my first REAL fish and chips in over 45 years.

Hands down the best Fish and Chips that we've had in UK and we've had a lot. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Shout out to Daniel and Penne you both were awesome! We look forward to our next visit!
